50% click loss on marketing link
I started using a marketing link created in the branch dashboard for my instagram page . The redirect was set to go to our webpage as we are pre-launch.
Google analytics is showing 50% less clicks than branch. Eg branch shows 31 clicks GA has 15 visitors. Previously I was using a custom tracking platform and would only lose about 10% eg. 22 in tracking platform and 20 in GA.
Has anyone else experience this volume of loss? Is there any solutions? I am assuming there must be some delays due volume of data branch gets on redirect, but this seems excessive.
Branch links collect all the data irrespective of the volumes of clicks. Can you share the link where you are facing this issue with our integrations team here? Thanks!
