Historically we haven’t made our taxi booking apps usable by the visually impaired. In fact, we’ve been a bit ignorant on the subject of accessibility. For the first time in 4 years, we were contacted by a visually impaired customer who complained about our app. It was embarrassing. I’m trying to find a better strategy moving forward, ideally in a way that I can sell to the board.
